2 Months old

It's been hitting me numerous times throughout the day....this intense love for my newborn that lives inside. Living off the rush I feel when I swaddle and realize that it was exactly what was needed by this one.

Loving the fact that when he looks at me, he really looks at me and he really sees me. I see the love he feels and I know that he knows I am the Momma, and boy does that make me feel good.

He is starting to talk and coo, and sometimes I actually think I understand what he is saying, and of course I talk back.

At his 2-month appointment he was 14 lbs and 4 oz (90th percentile) and 22 3/4 inches (50th percentile).
